At IBM Projects weren't small. Teams weren't local and it's involved multiple stakeholders. Having a convo with cross function team is nothing new for me, i'm always comfortable to have design alignment with engineer, but here at IBM i have to make alignment not only with cross function team but also cross country with different culture A truly escalate the alignment challenge for me.
